Import/Publish the services from Oracle Service Bus to Service Registry

Import/Publish the services from Oracle Service Bus to Service Registry:


The OSB services can be published to OSR; the service consumer can consume the services from the OSR also OSB can import and consume the services from OSR.

This blog provides the step to configure and import/publish the services to OSR.

Configure the OSR:

  • Login to OSB console
  • Select System Administration and click on UDDI Registries and click Add Registry
  •  Enter the Oracle Service Registry details as shown below and click on save


Publishing the service:

  • Click on Publish to UDDI and select the projects that need to be published and select the OSR Business Entity to which the services need to be published.

  • Click on Publish
  •  Login to OSR and verify the Services


Importing the Services from OSR:

  • Create a project to which the service needs to be imported.
  • Click on Import from UDDI
  • Select the Business Entity from which the service needs to be imported and select the service that needs to be imported.
  •  Click on Next and select the OSB project to which the service needs to be imported.
  • Click on Next 
  •  Click on Import




The service successfully imported to OSB.

    what about OSB 12c? On last version of OSB I didn't find out how to pubblish OSB services to external registry (i.e. wso2 Governance Registry)
